The Real Estate business is a B2B operation with golf facilities as an asset where we either own, have built (leased) or rent the property on an external owner’s land.

Regardless of the asset form, we control it. In addition to ”internal” rents from GolfStar and rent revenue from external customers, these large land and balance sheet assets often have underlying physical and/or intangible values that we can capitalize on.
