GolfStar expands its golf operations in Spain and signs a multi-year cooperation agreement with Gaudí Golf Club and Panorámica Golf Club and thereby launches a new additional membership – GolfStar Play ALL Spain.

– The new completely unique ”Play all year round” membership is aimed at golfers who want a great variety of golf courses all year round. With Play ALL Spain, you not only get to play freely on our 19 courses in Sweden and 2 courses in Finland, but now also have access to 3 golf courses in Spain. Partly at our own facility GolfStar Cambrils (9 holes Pitch & Putt) and at Gaudí Golf Club (18 holes) and Panorámica Golf Club (18 holes). This also includes free play and training at our indoor facility near Lindö in Vallentuna, begins Stefan Brikell, Market Director at GolfStar.

– Gaudí Golf Club is a lovely golf facility with its 18 holes with par 71, driving range, practice areas, clubhouse with restaurant and a generous outdoor terrace located only 10 minutes by car from Cambrils where we have our own course. The course is varied with several water hazards, well-placed bunkers and sometimes narrow fairways. The greens are good and the flag placements are usually challenging.

An hour’s drive south of Cambrils is the Panorámica Golf Club designed by Bernard Langer. The course is fun and challenging. There are also large training areas and a clubhouse with both a restaurant and bar as well as a lovely terrace to enjoy after your round, Stefan continues.

– When you add Play ALL Spain to your regular Play ALL Small, Medium and Large membership, access to even more courses increases of course, but the big difference is that you can then play golf 12 months a year. This is something that has been requested from our members for a long time ever since our collaboration with Lumine that we had until the Pandemic. As we have now established GolfStar in Spain with our own office and course in Cambrils, a pleasant town 10 miles south of Barcelona, this is a natural step to offer our members even more ”the most golf for the money”, says Stefan.

– The launch of our Play ALL Spain membership will take place during the month of June. Via our webshop at golfstar.se, you will be able to easily buy and upgrade your current membership and thus extend the golf season already from this autumn and throughout the winter half year, concludes Stefan.
